Speaker TeamThe speaker team is in charge of finding and preparing the speakers and performers for the event. We use a variety of platforms to get in touch with inspiring people from all over the Tokyo area and work one on one with those that are selected.
Design & Operation TeamThe Design & Operation team's main focus is designing the layout of the venue, managing decorations, and making sure that all teams run smoothly.
Sponsor TeamThe sponsorship team is in charge of managing all financial and in-kind sponsorships. We find potential companies that may sponsor us, and directly negotiate with them. The aid we receive from companies will be used as managing expenses for the TEDxYouth@Tokyo event held in September.

Tech TeamBefore the event during preparation time, the tech team is in charge of producing the PR video and keeping the website up to date. During the actual event we also work with audio mixers and cameras to let our audience from outside -watching online - have a comfortable viewing experience.
PR & Audience TeamThe PR & Audience team's main focus is gathering an audience for the event and finding people who are interested in learning new ideas.
Workshop TeamWorkshop team is responsible firstly for searching for people who will be suitable to conduct a workshop for the TEDxYouth@Tokyo event, and then move onto contacting them to see whether they will be willing to do it for us or not. It is a hard process in coming to an agreement since many of them can be busy and we face difficulties trying to persuade them to do it for no profit. Once we have agreed upon the workshops, we each go on contacting one of the workshop hosts and continue with further meetings. We individually hold meetings or constantly keep in touch with the hosts until the day of the event so things like venues, equipment, and the content of the workshop is ready for the day.
